Mr. Dandrieux is founder of FourDice Ventures LLC and head Managing Partner of the firm. Most recently, he was Director of Global Business Development and Strategy at Senseta, a data analytics company.
Previously, he was an Associate at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, covering large-cap foreign multinational clients. Mr. Dandrieux provided credit analysis, credit ratings and management of credit facilities. Previously, Mr. Dandrieux worked in an oil and gas family office, where he acted as broker in physical commodities trading (physical crude oil and derivatives), as well as provided consulting services in project finance.
Mr. Dandrieux holds a MS in Global Finance from NYU Stern and BA from BI Norwegian School of Management in Oslo. He is a French citizen from Corsica, France.
Mr. Noh is Manager and Principal of FourDice Consulting and FourDice Ventures. His global experience living in Asia, Europe, and the US combined with his extensive career in corporate and investment banking for multinational corporations provides a unique international and analytic perspective.
As part of J.P. Morgan's International Corporate Coverage team, Charles managed relationships with mid-cap US corporations. He provided advisory services in international expansion strategies. He was also a Senior Associate with Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank. He covered foreign multinational corporations, with primary focus in the automotive, technology, and industrial sectors, and provided credit and financial analysis. He also worked in high yield bond research and financial media.
Charles obtained his BA in Economics from New York University.
Adrianne Dicker Kadzinski
Ms. Kadzinski is Managing Director at FourDice Ventures and founder of Structuring Strategic Capital. She focuses on technology, life sciences and sustainable energy companies. She has led parallel careers for 20+ years as an investment banker, business builder and US Army Reserve officer. For 15 years, she structured, led and managed over US$50billion in structured finance and equity transactions, including 10 years as an Associate, Vice President and Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking and Fixed Income Divisions. She was COO of Morgan Stanley’s Prime Brokerage Risk Management during the 2007-08 financial crisis.
As a US Army Reserve officer and national security consultant, she supports interagency, special operations and sciences and technologies policies, programs and operations. She consulted for a US Department of Defense Combatant Command on strategic organization and technology projects, and was Senior Executive Management Advisor to the US Department of State for the Transitions in Iraq and Afghanistan.
She serves as Officer Sister and Audit Committee Member of the US Priory of the Order of St John and Board Advisor for the Rebuilding Afghanistan Foundation, and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
Ms. Kadzinski obtained her AB in Russian literature from Harvard College.
Mr. Raichoudhury earned a global reputation as a pioneer in internet technology by creating the first internet-based calendar, which was later purchased by Yahoo. He subsequently co-founded several companies including; Bartleby.com, a popular destination on the web for reference, verse and prose; Attap.com, a next-generation personal information platform; Keytoss.com, a modular mobility platform for smartphones; Phobos Entertainment, a multimedia producer of science fiction content; and TGS, Inc. a producer of multiplayer online games.
Most recently, he served Chief Technology Officer at BUYOLOGY INC. He joined Buyology in January 2010 and was responsible for the company's strategic vision for technology, enabling the measurement of the non-conscious and providing deeper insight for marketers. This included creating novel methods of testing large samples and implementing the latest innovations in technology to solve branding challenges.
Mr. Seidman is a principal of IAMX; he advises startup and existing companies on business, customer acquisition, technology, and product development. He is an experienced CEO, CTO, product architect, and technology evangelist.
Most recently he was founding CEO of Tactonic Technologies where he led the effort that brought Tactonic sensor technology into over a dozen Fortune 200 automotive, mobile and health/pharma companies for development of pressure sensing touch products and product concepts. As CEO of Tactonic Technology, Mr. Seidman was a regular speaker at Mobile, Internet of Things (IoT), Human Machine Interactivity (HMI) and Automotive conferences speaking on the future of touch and interactivity. Mr Seidman has been involved in starting companies since 1982, as CTO of a EastCoast, a CAD/CAM company. In 1996 he founded IAM, one of the first Java training and consulting company that also developed several P2P and collaborative technology products.
In 2006 he was founding CEO of ActorMachine. Prior to founding Tactonic, Mr. Seidman consulted at Barnes & Noble as lead architect in bringing the NOOK eBook application to the iPad/iPhone and Android platforms. Prior to founding Actor Machine, Mr. Seidman consulted at RealNetworks as lead architect for the second generation SMS Inter-carrier gateway designed to handle billions of Text Messages per day. Mr. Seidman is a member of the New York Technology Counsel’s CEO Roundtable.
Ms. Jiang is Managing Director at United Enterprise Investment US (UEIUS), the private investment arm of China United Enterprise based in Guangdong, China. UEIUS operates and invests in a spectrum of industries (energy, real estate, and agricultural) with a focus on new opportunities in the US to diversify investment returns.
Ms. Jiang was previously the founder of Pacific Pearl Group, a boutique investment bank, which provided banking and advisory services to Chinese small-cap companies. Ms. Jiang was also an advisor to Chinese private equity firms and was with ABN AMRO, where she covered a multitude of industries including real estate travel services and information technology.
Ms. Jiang obtained her MSc in Global Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and her BA in Economics and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Mr. Liot is a senior Executive with over 10 years experience managing business operations in public infrastructures dealing with French government, administration and major corporations. He launched and led new business lines for several renowned multi-national corporations.
Mr. Liot is currently the Technical Director at Wereldhave Investment, a real estate fund listed on the Dutch Stock Exchange. Prior to this, he was a partner at Amilton Corporate Finance in Paris.
Mr. Liot hold an MSc in civil engineering from Conservatoire des Arts des Metiers, an MPA from Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Mr. Schenck is currently the Head of Business Development and interim Head of Sales at BillPay. Headquartered in Berlin, BillPay is leading online payment provider in a growing e-commerce market and offers its services and products to over 4,000 merchants in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
Prior to his role at BillPay, Nico was working in investment banking for over 6 years for major financial institutions such as Credit Agricole and Wells Fargo in New York, London and Frankfurt. He started his career as an M&A analyst for a German investment banking boutique.
He received his bachelors degree in business administration from the John Cabot University in Rome.
